What this website collects
This website has no forms, accounts, advertising or analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or tracking, and it doesn’t load content from other websites.
Hosting
Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and delivers this website. To do that, and to protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested. We use this only to run and secure the site, which is in our legitimate interests. We don’t keep these logs ourselves.
If Cloudflare needs to run a security check on a visit, it may set a cookie (cf_clearance) that is strictly necessary to protect the site.
If you email us
When you email info@nicasmedia.co.uk or support@nicasmedia.co.uk, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. We use this to reply to you and deal with your request.
Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, if you are a customer, performing our contract with you.
Emails reach us through Cloudflare Email Routing and are stored in our Gmail mailbox, provided by Google. We keep emails for 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer for legal reasons.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers named in this notice, which we use to run this website and our email. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
International transfers
Cloudflare and Google may process this data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK law.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to our use of it, or in some cases move it to another service. To make a request, email info@nicasmedia.co.uk. We’ll reply within one month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your personal data, please email info@nicasmedia.co.uk first. We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Information Commission at ico.org.uk.

If we change this notice, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
